As a part of Germany’s powerful naval force during World War II, the German Zerstorer Z-25 certainly had its share of victories before being acquired by the British after the war and later scrapped by the French. Now, experienced modelers can restore this powerful battleship to its original battle-ready configuration. Incredibly high detail is maintained throughout the German Zerstorer plastic model. The bridge, stacks, and other deck structures are accurately placed, while there are even three scouting lifeboats ready to be dropped into the water at a moment’s notice. Finer details even include accurately detailed anchors and lookout binoculars on a pedestal mount. More experienced modelers can use the sheet of photo-etched pieces as replacement parts for hose reels, some Anti-Aircraft mounts, screens, ladders, and radars while assembling the most realistic German Zerstorer plastic model possible.

Accuracy is evident in the arrangement of the various armaments strategically positioned to inflict the most damage on any enemy ships that cross its path. Included in this model ship kit are various 37mm and 20mm AA guns as well as five 15cm cannons. A twin turret cannon is placed at the bow of the ship for quick elimination of any ship that approaches the Zerstorer Z-25 head on. Torpedoes are held at the ready at various points on the ship for use in the Quadruple G7 torpedo launcher. An included painting and marking guide gives color illustrations, so the model ship kit will become a truly accurate representation of the 1944 German battleship. Once completed, the German Zerstorer model can be displayed on the included stand complete with a name plate.
